We work with you to design validated, job-related physical abilities and fitness standards
Through comprehensive, validity-based research and job-task analysis, we'll work with your agency to develop a valid, legally defensible physical fitness standard that conforms to EEOC guidelines and requirements of the ADA and Civil Rights Act. Our tests avoid using components or activities that are highly contentious and viewed as discriminatory by the courts in several cases brought against agencies.
You can also select one of our already-developed and well researched fitness standards currently being used by various agencies across North America.
