We are currently in the process of developing a training guide specific to the preparation for the POPAT, PARE, SOPAT, and COPAT.   This guide will be available in our webstore soon.

 

In the meantime, here are some helpful tips:

 

* Wear good quality running shoes with good treads on the soles; this will help prevent you from slipping on the floor during the push-pull activity.

 

* You should be excercising at least 3 times per week, and at an intensity level that stresses your cardiovascular system.  Your workouts should take your heart rate to its maximum (220 - your age = max. heartrate).  All these physical abilities tests are designed to achieve maximum heartrate and maintain it for between one and two minutes.
