How To Book Your Test

Step 1:  Click the "Book Your Test Now" button from the Home page, or click the Calendar button in the top menu bar of any webpage.

Step 2:   Select a time and date for the test you want and click the link.  Testing sessions in red are full or outdated.

Step 3:   Log In, or create a new account.

Step 4:  Complete the payment information.

Step 5:  Read the two forms thoroughly (the PAR-Q and the Liability Release & Indemnity).  You will be required to complete and sign these two documents at the venue prior to taking any test.  If you answer "yes" to any questions in the PAR-Q, click the corresponding button, which will take you to the PARMED-X (a form you will need to take to your doctor prior to participating in any testing).

Step 6:  Click the Submit button.  You will receive a confirmation email and directions to the appropriate venue.

Step 7:  Show up at the required time and place!
